Mike Friis has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Mike worked as a Support Optimization Specialist and a Customer Success Manager at Rackbeat, where they focused on B2B customer support, optimization of support processes and tools, and employee onboarding. Mike was also a Co-owner at Studenter Foto, an Owner at M2Photo, and a Team Manager and Technical Advisor at Webhelp, where they managed diverse teams, optimized performance, and contributed to strategic projects. Additionally, Mike worked as a Bartender/Photographer at Penthouse/Level, a Business Advisor at 3 Denmark, and had military experience as a Konstabel elev and Royal Guard at Den Kongelige Livgarde.
