Preston Munger has a diverse work experience in the retail industry, primarily focused on eCommerce sales and merchandising. Preston started their career at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse in 2011, where they held various roles, including Senior Content Strategist, E-Commerce Merchandise Project Manager, and Women's Buying Merchandiser. During their time at Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, they contributed to the launch and significant growth of multiple commerce websites, increased sales volumes, optimized product offerings, and enhanced customer experiences through data analysis and collaboration with different teams. In 2018, they joined Rack Room Shoes as an eCommerce Sales Manager and was later promoted to the role of Director of eCommerce Sales in 2022. In their current position, Preston oversees the coordination of site merchandising, quality assurance, analytics, and A/B testing efforts to drive sales goals for Rack Room Shoes' eCommerce sites.
