Claudia Massey-Castilla, MSc, is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently overseeing HR operations for Racing Force International in Bahrain and HPS in Belgium, managing a staff of over 400 employees since November 2022. With a diverse background in business development, public relations, and specialist consultancy within migration frameworks, Claudia has held key positions at LD Export and the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Grievances and Protection Directorate.
