Krystal Ellis has extensive experience in program analysis and community impact within Racine County since May 2012, serving in various roles including Program Analyst, Community Impact Supervisor, Economic Support Supervisor, and Economic Support Specialist. In these positions, Krystal assesses human needs related to poverty relief, determines assistance eligibility, and ensures compliance with relevant policies while informing clients of their rights and responsibilities. Prior experience includes a role in sports and recreation at the YMCA of the USA from October 2012 to August 2019 and assembly work at InSinkErator from September 2010 to March 2011. Krystal holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Communication from Marquette University.
