Bill Habig has extensive experience in planning and economic development, currently serving as President of Raccoon Valley Partners LLC since March 2006. Prior to this, Bill held the position of Executive Director at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission from February 1967 to February 2006, where responsibilities included planning, engineering, lobbying, and public policy development across eight counties in central Ohio. Bill also worked as a Subconsultant for CPCS from June 2019 to June 2020 and was President of Transportation Planning Associates in early 1966. Bill holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Analytical Planning from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
