Michelle Bacon is an accomplished professional in human resources and strategic management with extensive experience across notable organizations. Currently serving as Strategic People Manager at RAC WA since December 2023, Michelle has held various leadership roles at Allens from July 2018 to November 2023, including Head of Culture Inclusion and Diversity and Acting Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Linklaters as a Human Resources Manager (HR Business Partner) and held multiple HR positions at Allens and UBS from 2009 to 2018. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Corporate Finance from The University of Western Australia.
