Justin Ebedes is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Since November 2021, Justin has served as a Senior Developer at RAC WA. Prior to this, from March 2015 to October 2021, Justin held the position of Manager - Application Development at Marsh, leading a Scrum team and overseeing various aspects of software development. Before joining Marsh, Justin worked at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia from July 2007 to March 2015 as a Senior/Lead Developer, focusing on software solutions for insurance broking. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Software Engineer at IBM, where Justin contributed to SNMP-based network management solutions, and at Ripple Systems, where Justin developed systems using C++ and CORBA. Justin holds a Bachelor of Computer and Mathematical Sciences (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
