Russ Allison is the Founder and Managing Partner of RAC Leadership, a leadership consulting firm established in February 2010 that focuses on enhancing organizational and individual effectiveness. Prior to this role, Russ served as the Director of Talent Assessment at Hewlett-Packard from May 2008 to January 2010, where leadership strategies impacted over 33,000 leaders and were presented to the CEO and Executive Committee. At Personnel Decisions International, Russ held multiple positions from December 2000 to May 2008, culminating in the role of Regional Director for Leadership Assessment, driving business development and consultant capability. Russ possesses a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology from Biola University.
