Marlene Fair is an experienced ERP Support Analyst at RAB Lighting since 2016, with a solid background in software support and management. Prior to this role, Marlene served as a Software Support Specialist at Epicor Software from 2012 to 2016 and held progressively responsible positions at Activant Solutions Inc., including Software Support Group Manager and Software Support Manager, from 2004 to 2012. Earlier in Marlene's career, a significant tenure at ADP from 1988 to 2004 as a National Senior Technical Support Specialist provided a strong foundation in technical support and customer service.
