Ravi Sagwekar has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Ravi started their career in 1996 as a Systems Analyst at Tata Infotech, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2005, Ravi worked as a Consultant/Sr. Analyst at Infovision Inc. Following this, they joined The Active Network in 2005 and served as a Development Manager for over 12 years. In 2017, Ravi joined Aspira, where they held the position of Software Development Manager until March 2022. Ravi then transitioned into the role of Senior Manager Engineering at the same company.

Ravi Sagwekar completed their Bachelors degree in Electronics at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in IS Management, specializing in Masters of Computer Management (MCM), at the same university from 1994 to 1996.
