Bianca Monroig Perez has a comprehensive background in human resources spanning over a decade. Bianca is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aspira, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this, Bianca held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Charles & Colvard, Ltd. from January 2022 to July 2022.

Before their recent roles, they worked at Care Services, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist from June 2020 to January 2022. In this role, Bianca supported the head of Human Resources, managed various HR processes, and played a crucial role in payroll processing and compliance.

From February 2020 to June 2020, Bianca worked at McGriff Insurance Services as an Employee Benefits Marketing/Sales Development Specialist. Bianca served as the primary contact within the Marketing/Sales Development Department and assisted in strategic planning and project development.

Prior to that, Bianca worked at PRA Health Sciences, starting as a Benefits Specialist from November 2019 to February 2020. Bianca was responsible for benefits administration and oversaw projects within the Benefits department. Bianca later became a Senior Benefits Coordinator from December 2017 to November 2019, where they processed support orders, handled global benefits programs, and managed relocation services.

Bianca's career in human resources began at Care Services, LLC as a Human Resources Coordinator from December 2015 to December 2017. Bianca streamlined the onboarding process and conducted new hire orientations. Before this, they worked at Baker Roofing Company as both a Human Resources Coordinator from July 2014 to December 2015 and a Human Resources Assistant from April 2014 to July 2014. At Baker Roofing Company, Bianca successfully organized open enrollments, collaborated with the Benefits Department, and assisted with workers' compensation claims.

Earlier in their career, Bianca worked at Lincoln Community Health Center as a Bilingual Appointment Clerk from January 2014 to April 2014 and at Medicare y Mucho Más as a Customer Service Representative in a call center from September 2013 to December 2013.

Bianca's first hands-on experience in human resources was gained as an Assistant of Human Resources (Intern) at ASMedical from January 2012 to May 2012. In this role, they explained company policies to employees, managed personnel documentation, and provided assistance with employee benefits and worker's compensation programs.

Bianca Monroig Perez obtained their Bachelor's degree in BSBA Human Resources Major from the University of Puerto Rico; Mayaguez Campus between 2007 and 2013.
