Shashank, also known as Shanky, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at R4Solutions Inc since August 2019. In this role, Shashank oversees full life-cycle recruiting for information technology professionals catering to both commercial and state clients. Prior to this position, Shashank worked at NPL from May 2014 to May 2019 as a Talent Acquisition / Team Lead, where responsibilities included recruiting fresh talent, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring necessary training for newcomers.
