Joel Dias has a robust background in voice services and system administration with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a System Administrator for Voice Services at R4Solutions Inc since January 2023, Joel previously held the position of Sr. Voice Administrator at Renown Health from February 2021 to January 2023. Prior to this, Joel worked as an Onsite Engineer at VOX Network Solutions from November 2016 to July 2019 and gained foundational experience as a Tech at Shared Technologies from April 2006 to August 2016.
