Charles P. Garcia is a seasoned leader and visionary with extensive experience in social impact, entrepreneurship, and education. Currently serving as Managing Partner at R360 since February 2021, Charles is transforming entrepreneurial grit and wealth into avenues for social good. Previously, Charles held roles as an Adjunct Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management and CEO at Tendrel, a global community for social impact leaders. Charles's leadership credentials are further highlighted by a Fellowship in Harvard's Advanced Leadership Initiative and significant positions in YPO, TIGER 21, and ALPFA.org.
