Srikanth Puram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as the Sales Team Lead & Accounting at TechZion IT Solutions Inc. since December 2023, Srikanth oversees a team of eight members and is involved in the full life cycle of sales recruitment. Prior to this role, Srikanth worked as an RM Executive at R3TEK (Procal Technologies Inc.) from October 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included end-to-end US international recruitment and vendor relations. Earlier experiences also include roles as a Sales Lead at ISG IT and as a Human Resource Executive at Satya Cybernetics India Pvt Ltd, focusing on recruitment processes and account management. Srikanth holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Holy Mother P.G College and an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from NOVA College of Engineering and Technology.
