Danette Likens, EdS, is an accomplished training analyst at R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc. since July 2020, where responsibilities include guiding a team in Navy training projects and navigating curriculum development processes. As the owner of Whinny and Mew Stables since January 2009, Danette managed horse care and financial operations. Danette has held several leadership roles, including Director of Supplier Diversity and Client Services at Liderança Group, and Project Manager Technical Lead at AMTIS, Inc., leading teams in curriculum development and project management for Navy training systems. Previous experience also includes positions as Lead ISD at Zenetex and Senior Instructional Systems Designer at A Harold and Associates. Danette holds an Education Specialist degree in Higher Education and Adult Learning from Walden University, a Master of Science in Family Sciences from Texas Woman's University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from American Military University.
