Gavin Chase Meinschein is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Civil Engineering at R3 Renewables since July 2023, Gavin focuses on developing large-scale solar and storage projects on reclaimed mine land. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Enovate and DSD Renewables, and Director of Engineering at ENGIE North America Inc. Earlier in the career, Gavin worked at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP as an Associate Senior Civil Engineer, contributing to the strategic development of the Civil Engineering Department, and at TERRA Engineering, Ltd. where responsibilities included managing design teams and leading the establishment of a survey and landscape department.
