Matthew Bell is a Senior Human Capital Consultant with extensive experience in workforce development and human capital strategy across various government contracts. Currently at HunaTek, Matthew develops and enhances End-to-End Business Enterprise Architecture processes for the Headquarters Marine Corps. Previously, at Koniag Government Services, Matthew contributed to significant AI workforce development initiatives for the DoD, including the first AI workforce environmental scan and strategic human capital planning. Prior roles include managing workforce analytics and competency modeling for the National Credit Union Administration and extensive consulting for the Department of Defense. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Weber State University.
