Megan B. Dean, CPCM, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Contracts at R2P Innovations - Protective Doors and has been the Owner of Asset 2 Assist Consulting, LLC since January 2021, focusing on aiding small businesses in the Government Marketplace. Previous roles include Director of Industrial Base Development at Pegasus Steel (USA) and Federal Contracts Project Manager at LATG Inc., where Megan contributed to technology solutions for the Intelligence Community and DoD. With a substantial background at Metal Trades, Inc. as both Director of Contracts and Business Development and Contracts/Business Development Manager, along with experience as a Contracts Administrator at Secure Mission Solutions, Megan has developed strong expertise in government procurement and contract management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Roanoke College and a Masters Certificate in Government and Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University.
