Fernando Fernandes has extensive experience in customer support and technical assistance, currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer (NOC) at CinemaNext | Ymagis Group since November 2016, providing remote support for various digital cinema products. Prior to this role, Fernando worked at NOS Lusomundo Cinemas, where responsibilities included first-line technical support and customer service.
