Austin Jones is an experienced engineering operations professional specializing in the cinema and audiovisual sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Operations Manager at CinemaNext since December 2022, Austin manages the engineering team and resources to ensure full technical support for Projection and AV systems in the UK. Previously, Austin held roles in project management and technical operations for prominent companies, including ESPM, where responsibilities included overseeing IMAX installations across various regions, and as Technical Manager for Majid Al Futtaim - VOX Cinemas, overseeing technical operations in the MENA region. Austin's foundational career began as a Sound and Projection Engineer and has evolved through various technical and managerial positions since 1995, backed by a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from The Open University.
