Spencer Heileman currently serves as the Program Management Office Lead at R1 RCM since May 2022. Previously, Spencer held multiple roles at Perficient from December 2017 to April 2022, advancing from Associate Business Consultant to Senior Business Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Universal Banker II at CIBC U.S. from April 2013 to December 2017. Spencer completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Oakland University from 2010 to 2013 and holds an earlier Bachelor's degree in Biology from Grand Valley State University, attended from September 2008 to April 2010. Spencer graduated from Adlai E Stevenson High School in May 2008 with a high school diploma.
