Gaurav Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and revenue cycle management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Operations at R1 RCM since August 2019, Gaurav previously held the position of Senior Director at NorthBay Healthcare from October 2016 to August 2019, and served as Director of PFS at R1 RCM from February 2005 to October 2016. Gaurav's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Information Systems from DePaul University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
