Elvin Berndt has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years. Elvin began their career in 1992 with NYNEX Mobile Communication as an Account Manager and Corporate Account Manager. In 1995 they moved to Bell Atlantic Nynex Mobile as a Manager of Marketing and Public Relations. In 1997, they joined Verizon Wireless as a Manager of Retail Sales, Manager of Business Development, Sr. Manager of National Distribution, and Director of Indirect Distribution. In 2012, they were promoted to Managing Partner of Mobile Solutions with Verizon Enterprise Solutions. In 2016, they joined R Wireless as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In 2018, they became a Principal with Al Anthony Group, Inc. and in 2020 they joined the Lehigh Valley Angel Investors Group as a Member.

Elvin Berndt received an Associate's degree from Hudson Valley Community College.
