Kirill Bardashev has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Distributor Development Support Manager at Tupperware Brands for four years before transitioning into the role of Product Manager for a brief period. Kirill then worked as a Digital Freelancer before joining AdWatch as a Digital Manager and Account Manager. In 2012, they joined INNOCEAN Worldwide as a Digital Media Manager and Head of Digital Projects, where they worked closely with clients such as KIA and HYUNDAI. In 2014, they joined Advance Digital as the Media Planning Group Head for Unilever, where they led various digital projects and worked closely with global colleagues and Russian brand and media teams. In 2015, Unilever invited him to lead the AXE brand as the Senior Brand Manager, and in 2017, they joined R-Pharm as the Brand Director. Throughout their career, Kirill Bardashev has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed cross-functional teams, and achieved notable successes in brand development and market share.

Kirill Bardashev attended Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) from 2004 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics in Economics. Kirill continued their education at MESI from 2009 to 2012, completing another Bachelor's degree in the same field of study.
