Anastasia Usova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business leadership, development, and real estate. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at a Stealth Startup since January 2023, Anastasia has also held roles as Business Development Manager at International Training Academy since January 2019 and Real Estate Agent at R New York since October 2021. Previous positions include Real Estate Broker at Compass, where service extended from July 2019 to March 2022, and a Doctoral Student in Organizational Behavior/Management at NYU Stern School of Business. Anastasia co-founded Lapta Inc. and managed operations and business development at International Training Academy. Educational achievements include advanced degrees in Organizational Behavior & Management from NYU Stern School of Business and INSEAD, as well as a Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
