Kurt Horton, PE, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc., since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kurt held the position of Construction Department Manager at Quigg Engineering from July 2021 to June 2023. Kurt's extensive experience in project management also includes a significant tenure at Michael Baker International, where Kurt worked as a Project Manager from September 2002 to July 2021.
