Manish Gupta is an experienced patent professional currently serving as Group Lead and Senior Patent Associate at R K Dewan & Co since February 2020, specializing in Patent Analytics, Drafting, Prosecution, and Freedom to Operate. Proficient in using various patent databases such as Patbase, Orbit, Global Dossier, WIPO, and Espacenet, Manish has a solid foundation in the field. Previously, Manish worked as an Assistant Professor and Research Advisor at C.V.Raman College of Engineering from July 2017 to November 2019, guiding students in coursework and research while managing DST projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Metallurgist at the National Metallurgical Laboratory, where Manish conducted a year-long research project on the effects of microstructural changes during pipeline welding. Manish holds an MTech in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
