Liat Gat has been working in the software engineering field since 2000. Liat began their career at Surf Communication Solutions Inc as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed a SW generic modem. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at Shiron Satellite Communications. In 2005, they joined Infineon Technologies as a Software Engineer. Liat then moved to ConnectOne in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and designed and developed IP Connectivity Chips. From 2011 to 2022, they worked at Elbit Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, developing MANET protocols for media access, link, and network layers. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at RGo Robotics.

Liat Gat attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Computer Science.
