Ghasem Eizadi-Dastgerdi has work experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Vanderweil Engineers starting from 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vaion from 2015 to 2018 as the Head of Mechanical Technical office. In this role, they were responsible for building, installing, and pre-operating mechanical systems for the Iran Mall, as well as overseeing the work of sub-contractors. Ghasem also worked at Maysun Construction & Engineering Company from 2011 to 2015 as the Head of Mechanical Technical office. Here, they were involved in building, installing, and testing mechanical systems for the Arvandan re-finery plant, and also supervised the work of sub-contractors.

Ghasem Eizadi-Dastgerdi completed a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between the years 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Thermal and Fluid Mechanics from Islamic Azad University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009.
