Dipankar Pal is an experienced dental academic currently serving as a Professor of Dentistry at R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital since January 2023, responsible for departmental supervision and management. Previously, Dipankar held the position of Associate Professor of Dentistry at Malda Medical College & Hospital from July 2020 to January 2023 and also served as an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at North Bengal Dental College from August 2015 to July 2020. Earlier roles include Assistant Professor of Prosthodontics at Burdwan Dental College & Hospital from January 2011 to July 2015. Dipankar Pal earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Dr. R. Ahmed Dental College and Hospital and a Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics from the University of Calcutta.
