Christopher Nowicki has extensive experience in workforce management and service dispatching. Currently serving as a Service Dispatcher/Administrator at R.F. MacDonald Co. since November 2019, Christopher previously held the role of Dispatcher at Henry Schein from July 2015 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at Charter Communications from April 2006 to June 2015, where roles included Workforce Administrator Technical and Workforce Management Technical Coordinator, focusing on field operations scheduling and productivity management. Christopher began their career as Dispatcher I & II, where responsibilities included responding to customer service requests and facilitating efficient communication between technicians and customer service teams. Christopher completed secondary education at Edward C. Reed High School from 1999 to 2003.
