Prior roles include Senior Engineer, Civil Engineer, and Project Manager across various firms, where Vanessa demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with clients and agencies to meet project goals and deadlines. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, obtained from 1994 to 1999.
