Chase Glick has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Chase started their career at Community National Bank & Trust of Texas in 2010 as a loan officer and was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager in 2012. In 2015, they were further promoted to Vice President. In 2015, they transitioned to Citizens State Bank, working as a Vice President and loan officer. Chase held various roles at Citizens State Bank, including Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer and Vice President / Chief Credit Analyst / Loan Officer. In 2023, Chase joined R Construction Co. as the Vice President & Chief Investment Officer.
Chase Glick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Banking and Financial Institutions, which was obtained from Sam Houston State University in the years 2013 to 2015. Previously, in the years 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, also from Sam Houston State University. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Pre-Law Studies from Navarro College. In terms of certifications, Chase has obtained several, including the Advanced Credit Analysis Summit from the Independent Bankers Association of Texas in 2018, the 23rd Annual Security & Risk Management Conference from the Texas Bankers Association in 2017, and the Business Financial Statement & Cash Flow Analysis Bootcamp from the Texas Bankers Association in 2017. Chase has also attended the Branch Managers Summit from the Independent Bankers Association of Texas in 2011 and both the 19th and 18th Annual Lending School from the Texas Bankers Association in 2011 and 2010, respectively. Additionally, Chase is currently enrolled in the SW Graduate School of Banking and is attending the Texas Tech University School of Banking from 2021 to 2022.
