Benjamin Lambert-Smith began their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant and Student Admin Assistant at UNSW. In 2012, they joined Microsoft as an SDET. In 2014, they began at Qwilr as a Software Engineer and later became the Software Engineering Manager.

Benjamin Lambert-Smith attended the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 2006 until 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (Hons).
