Shruti Sharma has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shruti began their career in 2019 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at STRIVE INDIA EDUCATION FOUNDATION, where they worked until 2022. During this time, they also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Praedico Global Research Pvt. Ltd. from 2021 to 2022. In 2021, Shruti served as a Finance Intern at Asset9 fynsys and as a Business Development Manager + HR at Super77. Shruti then moved on to work as a Senior Sales Manager at Confidential from 2022 to 2023, before joining QwikSkills as a Senior Sales Manager in 2023.

Shruti Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance and marketing (core) from IPS Academy in Indore, from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management in Indore in 2016.
