Anthea Ip is a Senior Recruiter at BNY since 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Emerging Talent at LinkedIn from 2014 to 2023, where Anthea managed client relationships with engineering leaders and successfully influenced hiring strategies. Prior to LinkedIn, Anthea served as a Technical Recruiter at Google through Indosys from 2013 to 2014, focusing on back-end software engineering recruitment across various product areas. Anthea holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Woolf University. Additional educational qualifications include a Software Engineering Immersive Remote Program in Full-Stack Software Development from General Assembly and studies at Qwasar Silicon Valley.
