Bukenya Charles is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Qvik since November 2022, Bukenya previously held the position of Software Engineer at Trimble Inc. from December 2019 to November 2022. As co-founder and Principal Software Architect at Giddir AB from April 2018 to March 2021, Bukenya contributed to the development of a medical diagnostics platform that achieved market presence and secured a first prize at the Hack for Sweden competition organized by DIGG. Further experience includes roles at PocketMobile Communications AB, EIMS 2C AB, Inkubera, and Nu-Vision High School, where responsibilities spanned enterprise software development, Android application development, IT risk analysis, and IT administration. Bukenya holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Örebro University and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Makerere University.
