Jessica (Goertler) Santiuste currently serves as the Managing Director of Inpatient Delivery and Client Success at Qventus, Inc., a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held various leadership positions at Olive, including Senior Director of Delivery & Customer Success and Director of Customer Enablement, where Jessica focused on developing organizational structures for product adoption and revenue retention. With a strong background in healthcare consulting through roles at Empiric Health, Locus Health, and Huron Consulting Group, Jessica has consistently driven transformation and improvement in client delivery models, program management, and operational efficiency. Earlier career experiences at GE and SSA & Company contributed to expertise in lean methodologies, process improvement, and project management across diverse industries. Jessica holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
