Kranthi L. has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2010 to present. They began their career as a Web Developer at J. V. EXIM Pvt. Ltd., where they focused on renovating a corporate website and managing web servers. In 2011, they worked as a Software Developer at Ericsson AB before transitioning to the role of Graphic Designer at Blekinge Institute of Technology in 2013. In the same year, Kranthi joined Divami Design Labs as a Software Engineer, primarily developing web and mobile applications, mentoring junior developers, and implementing version control tools. Currently, Kranthi serves as a Senior Software Engineer at Qvantel, contributing to the Digital telecom BSS stack by implementing BPMN processes, developing product features, integrating APIs, and resolving critical product issues. They also support customer delivery programs by addressing customizations and defects.

Kranthi L. completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2004 to 2008. They then pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012. In 2016 and 2017, Kranthi obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Hyderabad.
