Robert Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Robert started their career in 1986 as a Production Supervisor at Gambro Healthcare, where they later became the Quality Assurance Manager and then the Production and Safety Manager. At ROCAP-Division of Sabratek, they worked as the Operations Manager, Site Quality Manager, and Project Manager RA/QA. Robert then moved on to Pharmaceutical Systems, Inc, where they held the position of Senior Consultant and Director of Quality Assurance. Brown then joined Mayne Pharma Limited, now known as Hospira, as a Director of Quality Assurance and later as the Director of Packing. Their next role was as a Senior Consultant at LexaMed, Ltd, where they served as a Project Manager for animal health bio-pharmaceutical manufacturers in Spain and Germany. Currently, Brown holds the position of Director of Operations at QuVa Pharma, Inc.

Robert Brown attended the University of Florida from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. In 2020, they also obtained additional certifications in Collaboration Principles and Process as well as Creating a Culture of Collaboration from LinkedIn.
