Javier Arguello has a long history of work experience in the tech industry. Javier began their career in 2003 as a Software Developer for ALGOLIQ. In 2005, they co-founded Lagash, where they held various roles, including Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer, Co-founder & Country General Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Developer. In 2007, they were a Microsoft Tech Contributor, and in 2020 they were the Head of Software Development in Mexico and Senior Software Engineering Manager for Mercado Libre. In 2021, they became an official member of the Forbes Technology Council, and in 2022 they became the Co-Founder & CTO of Qurable.
Javier Arguello is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Previously, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Harvard Business School Online in 2020. In 1999, they began their educational journey at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. In 2021, they also obtained a Leadership Principles Development Program certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
