Sachin Francis began their work experience as a System Engineer Trainee at Infosys in December 2019. Sachin progressed to the role of System Engineer in August 2020 and served in that position until December 2021. In January 2022, Sachin was promoted to Senior System Engineer at Infosys and remained in that role until December 2022. Sachin then joined Quorum Software as a Software Engineer in December 2022.

Sachin Francis completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, from 2015 to 2019. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2021, Automation Anywhere Certified: Advanced RPA Professional from Automation Anywhere in December 2020, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2020.
