Michael Martin has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in 2013 as a Software Implementation Specialist, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined WellEz as a Technical Account Manager for a brief period before moving to Quorum Software. At Quorum Software, they held various roles including Technical Account Manager, Senior Customer Success Coordinator, Software Engineering Lead, and currently, they are working as a Software Development Manager since October 2020. Overall, Michael Martin has a strong background in software development, customer success, and project management.

Michael Martin earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics from Rice University. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org in December 2020.
