Michael Grondin has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Sales Associate at Fairplay Stores from September 2010 to June 2012. Michael then worked as a Student at SAIT Polytechnic from October 2012 to April 2013. Following that, they joined E.S. Williams & Associates as a Service Desk Consultant from April 2013 to February 2017. In 2017, they started working at Quorum Software, initially as a Junior IT Systems Administrator from March 2017 to February 2018. Michael then transitioned to the role of IT System Administrator, which they held from February 2018 to May 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Systems Administrator at Quorum Software from May 2021 onwards.

Michael Grondin completed a Certificate in Network Technician at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2012 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2023, PRTG Monitoring Expert from Paessler AG in April 2022, Endpoint Security Professional for Windows from Kaspersky Lab in October 2015, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in January 2015, MS: Administering Office 365 for Small Business from Microsoft in January 2015, and PDI+ from CompTIA in January 2014.
