Dave Eales is an experienced professional in the engineering and safety fields, currently serving as Safety Manager at Quorn Foods since April 2021, with previous roles including Engineering Manager and Maintenance Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Venator Materials Plc from October 2015 to April 2021, where positions ranged from Shutdown Manager to Icon Technical Team Manager. Prior to that, Dave worked at Huntsman Corporation and Ensus Group, contributing significantly to the construction and commissioning of Europe's largest Bio-ethanol plant as a Mechanical Technician and Engineering Team Mechanical Supervisor. The career also includes roles at Dow Chemical and LH Quarry as a Mechanical Fitter. Dave Eales holds an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering from Redcar and Cleveland College, completing the program from 1999 to 2003.
