Mohamed Elsabagh is currently serving as the Principal R&D Engineer and Director at Quokka.io since January 2022. Prior to this, Mohamed held various roles at Kryptowire, now Quokka, from August 2017 to January 2022, starting as a Research Scientist and progressing to Research Director. Mohamed's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science from George Mason University, a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nile University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University. Throughout their career, Mohamed has been involved in research and teaching in areas such as low-level programming, computer networks, software security, information security theory, and physical-layer security.
