Carey Lefebvre

Carey Lefebvre has over 20 years of experience in the sales industry. In 2002, they began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Signal Service Inc., where they sold and designed burglar, fire, and CCTV systems for SMB and residential customers. In 2007, they moved to Exacq Technologies as Senior Director of Sales for the Western US, Australia, and Asia Pacific, where they championed the growth of revenue in the region. In 2011, they became VP of Sales at Network Optix and then Regional Sales Manager at Salient Systems in 2012. In 2013, they were appointed North America Director of IP Sales at Digital Watchdog CCTV, where they created educational guidelines and real-world training for sales and support personnel to assist in the migration towards new technology. In 2016, they became Sales Director for the Western US at IPVideo Corporation, responsible for all aspects of sales and revenue growth in the territory. In 2017, they worked as a Sr. Sales Representative in the Surveillance Channel at Seagate Technology, focusing on Seagate HDD Surveillance class. In 2018, they joined Rasilient Systems as Senior Sales Director for US/CAN West, responsible for new business development in the region. In 2021, they joined Latch as a Regional Vice President of Sales, where they managed a team of five Channel Account Executives and one Sales Engineer, exceeding a combined quota of $19M annual software and hardware sales. Carey was also awarded the 2021 President’s Club & Rookie Salesperson of the Year. Carey was then promoted to RVP in February 2022 and is currently working as a Senior Channel Sales Manager at Qumulex.

Carey Lefebvre obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Architecture from Orange Coast College in 1993. In 2021, they obtained a Herta Facial Recognition Training certification from Herta.
