Nicki Bass is the Founder and Director of Resilience At Work, a consultancy established in September 2017 that specializes in experiential leadership, resilience, and wellbeing solutions, utilizing adventure sports to enhance client performance. In addition to this role, Nicki has been involved with Quirk Solutions Ltd, Metris Leadership, and Robertson Cooper as an Associate, providing expertise in business psychology to improve workplace wellbeing. Nicki's prior experience in the British Army includes Project Manager for the Army People Transformation Programme, where responsibilities included implementing psychometric testing for career development, and serving as Staff Officer in the Individual Development Branch, where leadership roles included managing higher education policy and founding the Army HQ Women's Network. Nicki holds a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, along with multiple degrees in psychology and education from various prestigious institutions.
