Chris Paton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consultancy, military strategy, and event project management. As the Managing Director of Quirk Solutions Ltd since 2011, Chris has founded and grown a consultancy specializing in human factors and organizational culture, contributing to significant business transformations and training programs. Previous roles include Director of Afghanistan Strategy and Plans at the UK Ministry of Defence, where Chris developed a £4 billion military withdrawal strategy, and Lead Operational Planner for the Royal Marines, overseeing a £200 million operational program. Education includes a Bi-Lingual MA in International Liaison & Communication from the University of Westminster and a BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University.
